For your first martial arts session, bring comfortable workout clothes such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Also, don’t forget a water bottle and a positive attitude!

 Not at all! Our classes welcome beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Our instructors will guide you through the basics, step by step.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the most powerful disciplines in combat sports because it teaches you how to control opponents regardless of size. At CIT, our BJJ program focuses on real-world effectiveness, giving members the ability to defend themselves while sharpening their problem-solving skills on the mat. It’s a mental and physical workout that builds resilience, patience, and skill.

Our Strength and Conditioning classes follow an interval training structure, alternating between different circuits and exercises. Each workout is carefully designed by our coach on duty to challenge and improve your physical abilities.

Kids MMA offers a multitude of benefits including discipline, self-defense skills, anti-bullying strategies, and a fantastic outlet for energy. It’s also an excellent opportunity for children to interact with others in a safe and closely monitored environment.
